Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems utilising diagnostic skills and tools Provide new product information and sales support to customers informing them about new product releases and technological developments Function as a customer advocate bringing the VOC (voice of customer) to leadership and drive continuous improvement Minium 5 years of mechanical or technical related experience in commercial vehicle Sales experience within a mechanical or technical environment CANBUS experience Trade/technical qualifications within the heavy commercial vehicle industry considered a distinct advantage.
