Product Manager

Decagon is looking for a Product Manager to shape the future of our AI-driven platform. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and leadership to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute the roadmap, owning the product lifecycle end-to-end to deliver value to customers.

What youll do

• Define product strategy and prioritize initiatives to drive the roadmap for our AI-driven platform.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including validation and iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver customer value.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and success metrics.

What Decagon is looking for

• 3+ years of product management experience in fast-paced AI, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Track record of launching products from concept to completion, preferably in AI/ML contexts.
• Experience working on technical products and with AI/ML product development.
• Strong data analysis skills for measuring and improving product performance.
• Experience growing products in early-stage startup environments and scoping work with constrained engineering resources.
• Strong CS fundamentals or a degree in CS, Mathematics, or Engineering from a top program.
• Experience at a Series A to Series D VC-backed company with meaningful growth.
