Founding Account Executive
About this role
Founding Account Executive at Crescent is a high-impact, autonomous sales role on a lean fintech team in the Bay Area. You’ll own the full sales cycle, engage with founders, business owners, and finance leaders, and help scale Crescent’s banking and spend platform to unlock trillions in value.
What youll do
- Own your sales cycle end-to-end.
- Sell fast and consultatively to founders, business owners, and finance leaders.
- Become the go-to expert on how customers can grow better and scale with Crescent.
- Collaborate with product and growth to sharpen our edge and your ability to close.
- Compound wins — partner with customers you close to onboard more from their circle.
What Crescent is looking for
- 2+ years in full-cycle closing sales roles at early-stage startups (Seed to Series C).
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to CFOs or finance buyers.
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Payments.
- Willingness to work fully in-person in San Francisco.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to write compelling sales communications.
