The role of a Founder's Associate involves working directly alongside the leadership team in a high-agency, high-context environment, shadowing three senior leaders to understand how decisions are made. They progressively take ownership of smaller tasks and projects end-to-end, freeing up the founders to focus on larger strategic problems, and run point on ad-hoc initiatives spanning operations, strategy, hiring, GTM, and internal processes. They prepare briefs, analyses, and decision memos to support leadership, identify gaps and inefficiencies, then quietly fix them before anyone has to ask, and act as a trusted extension of the founders with discretion. They receive direct mentorship and exposure to three senior operators, with a clear path to growing into a larger operating, product, or strategy role as they prove themselves. This role offers the chance to see every part of a company being built and to shape it, with a base salary in the range £40,000–£70,000 plus meaningful equity.
