Software Testing and Management
Understand software application requirements and functions to formulate test plans, test scenarios and test cases
Configure and document identified test scenarios and testcases, thru a test automation tool
Monitor Issues until resolution
Perform testing in identified environments and parameters
Closely coordinate with development team/third-party vendors to create test strategies/resolve issues
Recommend improvements to software applications testing
Design and develop test scenarios
Document the testing conducted
Data Operations
Regularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
Performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required
Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, performs analysis on data as required
Develop, implement and document processes for data solutions for multiple applications to ensure its scalability, availability and maintainability.
Performs data quality assessments on proposed and existing database and integrated datasets.
Work Experience / Training
Basic Requirement:
5 years relevant working experience, including
At least two (2) years of experience with Salesforce software configuration
At least two (2) years of experience with Salesforce software configuration
At least one (1) year of experience with Agile software development methodology
At least one (1) year of experience with Salesforce functional testing
At least one (1) year of experience with automated testing
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Solid teamwork skills – works well with a diverse team
Execution minded – someone who makes and keeps commitments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
