The Role
As our Growth Engineer – Product-Led, you’ll build growth directly into the product.
This is not “analytics dashboards.”
This is shipping product experiments that drive:
activation
usage
sharing/referrals
retention
expansion / credit spend
product-qualified leads
You work like a builder and think like a growth operator.
Your Mission
1) Own the growth experiment pipeline (product-side)
identify the highest-leverage opportunities
ship experiments fast
measure impact
iterate or kill quickly
2) Increase sharing and referral loops
Growth doesn’t only come from acquisition.
You’ll build product mechanisms that encourage:
sharing outputs
inviting collaborators
viral loops where possible
word-of-mouth amplification
3) Improve onboarding and activation
first value faster
fewer drop-offs
better product guidance
improved time-to-wow
4) Work cross-functionally
You’ll partner with marketing, product, and sales to connect:
messaging → product behavior
insights → actions
PLG → pipeline
What we’re looking for
Non-negotiables
Strong engineering skills (frontend/backend depending on stack)
Experience shipping experiments in production
Comfortable with analytics and causal thinking
High-speed shipping mindset
Taste + judgment: you don’t create growth gimmicks
Experience in PLG SaaS
Mindset
High agency, low ego
Outcome-driven
Comfortable with ambiguity
Pragmatic and fast
Quality-focused but not perfectionist
Enjoys ownership more than job titles

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing
Growth loops + referral systems experience
