There are several positions available including: * **Controller - Dallas, TX - Full-Time:** This role offers a hybrid work environment with a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 USD. The Controller will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. * **Accountant - Princeton NJ - Full-Time:** This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 USD. The Accountant will be responsible for weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. * **Controller - Stamford, CT - Part-Time:** This part-time position offers a hybrid work environment and has an hourly rate of $50 - $65 USD. The Controller will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. * **Accountant - Seattle Metro Area, WA - Full-Time:** This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 USD. The Accountant will be responsible for weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. * **Controller - Santa Barbara, CA - Full-Time:** This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 USD. The Controller will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. * **Controller - Alexandria, VA - Full-Time:** This role offers a hybrid work environment with a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 USD. The Controller will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. * **Accountant - Alexandria, VA - Full-Time:** This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 USD. The Accountant will be responsible for weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. * **Controller - Morristown, NJ - Part-Time:** This part-time position offers a hybrid work environment and has an hourly rate of $50 - $65 USD. The Controller will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. * **Controller - Anaheim, CA - Full-Time:** This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 USD. The Controller will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. * **Accountant - Austin, TX - Full-Time:** This is a hybrid position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 USD. The Accountant will be responsible for weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. The technology stack for these positions includes: Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Accounting, Reconciliations, Budgeting, Forecasting, Grant Management, Data Visualization, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Bilingual skills. Additional technologies include Client Training, Audit Preparation, and Cash Flow Projections. YPTC offers a hybrid work environment for many of its positions, with full-time employees working a standard 35-hour work week.
