The Troy office location will be the parent agency. Weekend work is available. * **Full Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant:** AdvisaCare is looking for motivated staff to care for patients in Genesse and Lapeer Counties. * **Per Diem Hospice and Palliative Nurse Practitioner:** AdvisaCare Hospice and Palliative Care Program is looking for a Nurse Practitioner. The role involves assessing patients, prescribing medications, collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team, and providing patient education. * **Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse:** AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with Hospice experience for the Mount Pleasant area. On-call responsibilities are required. * **Full time or Part time Home Health Registered Nurse:** The agency is seeking Registered Nurses for the Gladwin, Clare, and surrounding areas. * **Volunteers Needed:** AdvisaCare is seeking volunteers in the Southeast Michigan area of Metro Detroit counties to assist patients and families. * **Per Diem Hospice Chaplain - Pastoral/Spiritual Counselor:** Seeking compassionate and dynamic professionals with Hospice experience to become part of the Hospice Community servicing Genesee and Lapeer Counties and surrounding areas. * **1st Shift Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse:** AdvisaCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses in Eaton Rapids, MI. * **Admissions Hospice Registered Nurse:** Seeking compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with Hospice experience for the Lake City / Cadillac or Traverse City locations. What are the requirements for the Hospice Registered Nurse roles?** Requirements include a current Michigan License in good standing, a minimum of 1 year of hospice experience, an empathetic approach to patients and caregivers, and the ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs. **5.
