CloudCruise is looking for a hands-on Member of Technical Staff – Platform to own the platform customers use to build, deploy, and monitor computer use agents. You’ll design interfaces that simplify complex workflows, create APIs and SDKs developers want to use, and ship features quickly guided by customer feedback. Our health tech customers rely on us to empower them to go from idea to production automation in hours.

What youll do

• Own the builder agent and workflow editor so customers can create automations without deep technical expertise.
• Design and implement SDKs that are intuitive, well-documented, and a pleasure to integrate with.
• Own monitoring, debugging, and observability to help customers understand why an automation failed and how to fix it.
• Ship end-to-end features across the stack: frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure.
• Build internal tools that make the CloudCruise team more productive.

What CloudCruise is looking for

• 1+ year of software engineering experience (open to new graduates).
• Comfortable across the stack (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure) and able to work across teams without blockers.
• Built impactful products before, with a track record of delivering value.
• Experience building developer-facing products and a strong sense of what makes a great developer experience.
• Experience on platform-level projects or building SDKs/APIs for developers.
• Strong CS fundamentals.
• Health tech industry experience is a plus.
