Join CloudCruise as a Member of Technical Staff – AI/ML and help own the intelligence layer that powers our agent-based automation. You’ll contribute to production-grade, multi-agent systems—the workflow builder for conversational automation and a maintenance agent for error recovery—driven by vision-language models. Your work will make these systems more reliable, faster, and cheaper for customers automating complex UI tasks.

What youll do

• Design and improve our two-agent system (workflow builder and maintenance) that creates and repairs automations via tool-calling with 15+ browser automation primitives.
• Fine-tune vision-language models to improve accuracy and reduce reliance on API calls.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability and catch regressions before customers do.
• Develop techniques for handling edge cases, recovering from failures, and generalizing across UI variations.
• Research and implement approaches to make agents more predictable and debuggable.

What CloudCruise is looking for

• CloudCruise is seeking candidates with 1+ year of experience in ML/AI; open to new graduates.
• Experience training or fine-tuning models that run in production.
• Strong CS fundamentals; some exposure to CS or AI research.
• Experience with vision-language models, multi-agent systems, and browser automation or tool-calling using 15+ browser automation primitives.
• High agency, ground-up builders who thrive with significant ownership from day one.
