Job Description & Program Overview 

Citizens Wealth Management is committed to developing the next generation of leaders in Wealth Management. The Citizens Wealth Rotational Analyst Program offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the Wealth business through structured rotations across key home office functions over the course of two years. Individuals will have opportunities to work across: 

Office of the COO: Responsible for partnering across the business to execute priorities, improve processes, and drive our client experience focus. The team executes their mandate by continuously streamlining operations, managing risk and compliance, project managing strategic change initiatives and tracking performance through data-driven insights. 

Office of the CIO: Constructs and executes the division’s investment content and strategy through market and product research, develops investment solutions, and manages portfolios with a focus on prudent risk management. The team partners with advisors and clients to provide insights, customized solutions, and thought leadership, leveraging expertise in asset allocation and macroeconomic analysis to deliver resilient, forward-looking strategies. 

Family Office Solution & Advanced Planning: Drives comprehensive wealth planning and customized solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients, including estate planning, trust administration, tax strategies, philanthropy, and succession planning. The team designs tailored financial plans, helps clients navigate advanced wealth structures, retirement planning, succession planning, and providing proactive guidance on regulatory changes and market trends. 

Business Management & Key Partners: Provides exposure to critical functions that enable and enhance Wealth Management’s success across the broader organization. This rotation offers participants the opportunity to understand how specialized teams partner with wealth to deliver strategic priorities and exceptional client outcomes. For example, this could be time spent in marketing, risk, or strategy. It is designed to broaden participants’ perspectives on how enterprise-level functions contribute to Wealth Management’s growth and resilience.  

This program is designed to provide an end-to-end understanding of Wealth Management, equipping participants with the skills and insights needed for long-term success.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance client and colleague experiences 

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance 

  • Support product development and investment solutions for Financial Advisors and clients 

  • Assist in project management for critical initiatives across Wealth functions 

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for wealth leadership 

  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency 

  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions 

 

Training & Development 

The program kicks off with a one-week orientation and training offering a deep dive into Citizens and our strategic priorities, followed by comprehensive onboarding and training in Wealth Management and banking fundamentals. Analysts will participate in professional development workshops focused on leadership, and communication, and gain access to networking opportunities with senior leaders and peers across the organization. Following orientation, analysts will join their teams and stay connected with colleagues across the bank through ongoing training and professional development. Throughout the two-year program analysts are expected to prepare for and pass the SIE exam by the end of Year 1, and the Series 7 and 66 by the conclusion of program. Once analysts enter their second year, they will have the opportunity to participate in a capstone group/individual project. 

Qualifications 

  • Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration. 

  • Preferred graduation date of May 2025 -May 2026. 

  • Minimum GPA 3.2; Preferred GPA 3.4+ 

  • Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management and financial services 

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment 

  • Citizens is unable to consider candidates that will require visa sponsorship now, or in the future, for this specific role. 

Pay Transparency
The position offers $80,000.00/per year.
