What you’ll be doing

As part of the Digital Presence & Marketing team, the co-op student will be supporting a range of digital channels/experiences initiatives, with a focus on supporting Wood Gundy Investment Advisors and their team with their website needs, and website migration support.

You may also be involved in digital governance support, digital marketing campaigns, and other activities focused on awareness, acquisition, and lead generation targeted to High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth segments.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Important information:

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

  • Recruitment timeline: Applications review – January/Feb; Interviews – February/March; Offers - March/April

  • Work Location: Further clarity on the work location will be provided at the time of your interview. Please note all employees must work within their current jurisdiction and must reside within Canada.

  • Duration of term: Summer 2026 term (May 2026 – August 2026)

  • Please note, we have multiple positions available under this posting and you may be considered by more than one hiring team

  • Relationship management – Collaborate with team members and various stakeholders to accomplish our goals.

  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be put to use to allow successful collaboration while working remotely in a team.

  • Time Management - Manage multiple concurrent objectives, project, groups and activities, while prioritizing and allocating time effectively.
