Enterprise Account Executive (DACH)
About this role
This role is for an experienced enterprise seller focused on the DACH region, working with large accounts to build reliable, high-quality pipeline across multiple channels. You’ll join BLP Digital’s commercial go-to-market efforts targeting Finance and ERP-related use cases, helping scale revenue in key German- and Swiss-based hubs. The work matters because it directly drives strategic expansion into large enterprise customers and strengthens local presence in Munich, Zurich, Düsseldorf, and Cologne.
What youll do
- Own a top-down enterprise sales motion into accounts with ~€300M–€4B revenue, generating steady, high-quality pipeline.
- Execute multi-channel outreach and relationship-building across executive and finance stakeholders.
- Qualify and progress opportunities using a consistent sales methodology to accelerate deal cycles.
- Coordinate with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to localize strategy for DACH hubs.
- Work in-office in DACH hubs as needed, particularly during ramp; operate in a hybrid model where appropriate.
- Track and report sales activity and forecast to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
What BLP Digital is looking for
- 5–20 years of proven enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing large deals.
- Fluent German to engage effectively across the DACH market.
- Experience selling into finance/CFO audiences, ideally around order-to-cash or ERP-related workflows.
- SAP or ERP industry background is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification methodologies.
- Comfortable working from hubs in Munich, Zurich, Düsseldorf, or Cologne with an in-office presence preferred during onboarding.
