About this role
Founding Product Manager at Bliro GmbH will shape the product across Web, Desktop, and Mobile, partnering with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver AI-powered, agentic experiences. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong process ownership to build a scalable, high-quality product organization.
What youll do
- Shape and co-own Bliro’s product vision and strategy with the CTPO.
- Own product discovery and delivery end-to-end.
- Build AI-first and agentic product experiences.
- Drive cross-platform product coherence across Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
- Build product processes and level up the org.
What Bliro GmbH is looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience on engineering-heavy, complex products.
- Proven track record delivering AI-powered features/products and managing AI product lifecycle.
- End-to-end ownership of products from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Experience as a Founding or Lead Product Manager, with the ability to align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, executives) through stakeholder management.
- Strong data-driven decision making with defined success metrics and KPIs for products.
- Strong technical fundamentals or a technical education background.
- Demonstrated ability to work on technically complex products, either as PM or engineer.
