Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) (m/f/d)

Bliro is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, and enterprise reality, joining complex onboardings to integrate and customize AI agents for large customers. You’ll work directly with enterprise teams to translate real workflows and systems into scalable automation and product capabilities that remove manual work and improve business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and system landscapes.
• Build and configure deep integrations with CRMs and ERPs like SAP Sales Cloud, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce.
• Implement APIs, data flows, and automation logic to ensure reliable CRM/ERP data ingestion.
• Write Python scripts, craft complex AI prompts, and deliver custom solutions where needed.
• Translate business workflows into agent logic, prompt configurations, and automation rules.
• Improve automation coverage and iterate on AI outputs based on real customer feedback.
• Identify recurring enterprise needs and help translate them into scalable product features.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to upstream solutions and shape the roadmap.
• Partner with Customer Success during onboardings and support Sales on technical feasibility.
• Operate independently on technical execution while keeping on‑site stakeholders aligned (Munich-based).

What Bliro is looking for

• 1–3 years of strong technical experience and a solid technical foundation.
• Strong CS fundamentals with a background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations in enterprise environments.
• Solid Python skills (SQL is a plus) and comfort working hands‑on with production systems.
• Interest and some experience with AI prompting, agent systems, and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete technical logic and scalable solutions.
• Proven ownership, preference for shipping working solutions, and a systems‑oriented mindset.
• Enjoys understanding how companies operate and bridging business and engineering.
• Munich-based role; English (C2) required and German (C2) is a strong plus.
