Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 8mo+ of experience to help build and execute our outbound sales motion. We need a hungry, intelligent, and flexible individual who can quickly learn our AI-driven marketing product and isn't afraid to take a big swing. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company at the precipice of scale, work directly with the founders, and have a clear pathway to an Account Executive role.

What will you be doing?

Own outbound lead generation through high-volume calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to book appointments with qualified leads.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, experimenting with different approaches to find what works.

Partner directly with the Head of Sales and COO on targeting, positioning, and messaging.

Handle some inbound qualification calls as needed.

Help develop and refine a repeatable lead generation process to scale our outbound efforts.
