Founding Product Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Product Engineer with 2–4 years of experience (open to entry level) to join Avora as one of our first engineering hires. We need a product-minded builder who takes full ownership from discovery through delivery — meeting clinicians, identifying pain points, and shipping AI-powered solutions that directly change how dental teams work. This is a foundational hire driven by our rapid growth and the need to expand the product team to stay ahead in a market where we've never lost a customer to a competitor.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle — meet with dental clinicians, identify pain points, design solutions, build them, launch them, and measure impact

Build and ship full-stack AI-native products (React, TypeScript, Python, Postgres) that help clinical teams spend more time with patients

Build and improve AI inference pipelines, agent loops, and evaluation systems powering Avora's clinical scribe and follow-up products

Improve observability, reliability, and core infrastructure to support 200+ dental locations scaling toward 700–1,000 by year-end

Work closely with the founding team to shape product strategy using analytics and direct customer feedback
