Finance Analyst / Finance Associate / Associate to the CFO

This role supports Stripe’s early-stage finance presence in New York, partnering directly with executive leadership to build scalable finance operations. You’ll own investor reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while helping establish lean, AI-enabled processes that keep a fast-growing fintech running efficiently.

What you'll do

• Be one of the first finance hires on the ground for Stripe’s new US office in New York.
• Sit next to the CFO and collaborate closely with the CEO office from day one.
• Prepare investor reporting and materials for board prep.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to support growth planning.
• Execute operational finance work required to run a scaling fintech.
• Help design and implement finance processes grounded in lean principles and AI.
• Take broad ownership of finance initiatives across the organization.

What Stripe is looking for

• 1–4 years of relevant finance or related experience.
• Strong academic background and solid finance fundamentals.
• Low ego, high ambition, and a collaborative mindset.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate and be onsite.
