Founding Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team and help us continue to scale our core platform and AI agents capabilities. This role is crucial for expanding our product lines for existing and new customers. We value pure engineering horsepower and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

What will you be doing?

Orchestrating a fleet of AI agents that coordinate patient recruitment across hundreds of clinical trials across North America (For now).

Working on integrations into customer systems, including custom integrations for specific software versions or configurations.

Scaling LLMs across Voice, SMS, and email while keeping conversations consistent and personalized across all channels.

Tuning AI agent conversations and building out workflows for specific questions and calculations (e.g., BMI from height and weight).

Developing solutions for call center management and optimal scheduling algorithms for recruiters and CRCs.

Reverse engineering legacy healthcare systems that don’t have public APIs to integrate with trial sites’ existing tool stack.
