We're looking for a hungry, AI-native sales professional to join as our first Business Development Representative. You should have a strong track record of high-volume outbound prospecting, especially cold calling, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. We are open to both early-career candidates, including new grads with immense drive, and experienced SDRs who want to help build our sales motion from the ground up.
Execute high-volume outbound motions, with a primary focus on cold calling to generate qualified pipeline.
Partner closely with the Head of GTM to book qualified meetings and accelerate pipeline growth.
Develop a deep mastery of Alleviate's product, ideal customer profile (ICP), and value proposition to effectively engage prospects.
Qualify prospects through consultative selling, understanding the pain points of clinical research sites.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client relationship data within our CRM.
Help define and build the sales playbook, including messaging, channels, and cadences.
Alleviate streamlines clinical trial recruitment by empowering site recruiters to connect with more patients. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, it partners with seven of the 15 U.S. research site networks and has 500k+ patient interactions across 190+ sites and 300+ trials.
