Account Executive

Alleviate Health is seeking an Account Executive to own the full commercial motion with clinical research sites. You’ll source and close new site business, manage end-to-end sales, and cultivate relationships to grow ARR over time, working directly with the founding team to accelerate the adoption of our platform in a large, high-impact market.

What youll do

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle with sites: source, qualify, and close new business from first conversation to signed contract.
• Drive expansion within existing site customers: grow ARR per logo by expanding to more trials and locations under the same site network.
• Build trusted relationships: develop and nurture relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders, renew, and cross-sell.

What Alleviate Health is looking for

• Willingness to work in-person in SF, 5 days a week.
• 2+ years in an Account Executive or similar closing role; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated full-cycle deal experience with multiple stakeholders; moderate cycle times (3–6+ months) and ACVs near six figures.
• Outbound sales experience (60/40 outbound/inbound).
• Experience selling to dentists, private practices, clinics, or healthcare administrators.
• Experience as a founding GTM or early sales hire at a startup.
• Experience as a college athlete.
• Strong educational background; degree from a top university is a plus, with bioscience/public health or related fields as relevant.
• Proven ability to navigate complex operational healthcare environments and engage with both executive and front-line clinical staff.
• Track record of top performance: quick promotions, top-biller, and consistently beating quota.
