AMV Holdings LLC is a leading vaping products retailer, wholesaler and manufacturer. While AMV has grown significantly in recent years, the company’s roots date back to 2009. We were founded and are still led by entrepreneurs in North Carolina and Nebraska, who found in vaping the right method to finally quit smoking and who want to share their success with others.

AMV currently operates over 100+ retail locations in the United States through a combination of corporately owned, franchised, and licensed stores and a further 7 stores in Germany and Ireland. AMV manufactures e-liquids through ELB Labs, to distribute to their brick and mortar vape stores, online (B2C) e-commerce platforms, and third-party vape stores for consumers who want to switch from smoking cigarettes to vaping/e-cigarettes.

We take our business and our responsibility seriously. It is our mission to provide alternatives to adult smokers who wish to kick the cigarette habit for good. Part of this mission is ensuring that our products never end up in the hands of minors.
