In 1987 Lockwood Companies launched in SE Michigan with the creation of Lockwood Development and Lockwood Construction. In 2000 Lockwood Management was formed as a full-service multifamily management company dedicated to resident satisfaction and client success. In 2002 Lockwood Senior Living was established with the development and construction of independent-living communities.
