Depending on a person’s needs, we offer different programs and services at through our hub locations – Lakeview Specialty Hospital and Rehab in Waterford- Wisconsin, Lakeview Care Partners Community Based Rehab-Wisconsin, and Lakeview Mill Pond's two locations also in Wisconsin.
