Hanna Center is a Sonoma, California-based non-profit that enhances the health and well-being of thousands of individuals in lasting and wide-ranging ways. Hanna Center’s innovative system of care is the result of a vision of expanded impact, transformative care and greater support for healthy communities.
Today, this system extends to mental health and wellness, training and research, residential, and community support services. Now as in the past, much of Hanna Center’s energy remains directed toward youth. But our clients now include adults and families as well as other practitioners, community service organizations, government agencies, and businesses regionally and nationwide who seek vital, sometimes hard-to-find resources to disrupt unhealthy cycles and achieve lasting outcomes.
