The non-profit system owns and operates Hamilton Medical Center (a 282-bed regional referral hospital), independent and assisted living facilities, four skilled nursing facilities, two low-income senior housing units, and a philanthropic foundation. Hamilton also contracts with Whitfield County to provide emergency medical services.

Bradley Medical Center (BMC), an affiliate of Vitruvian Health Care System, is a not-for-profit hospital that works to bring quality, innovative health care to the Cleveland community and surrounding areas with comprehensive medical services, as well as an experienced team of physicians and caregivers. BMC is actively involved with promoting community-wide health and wellness with locations at the main acute care hospital and Westside Campus totaling 351 licensed beds. BMC is accredited by The Joint Commission, has an accredited Chest Pain Center as recognized by the American College of Cardiology, and is an accredited Joint Commission Acute Stroke Ready hospital.
