El Paso Children’s Hospital is the largest expansion of pediatric medical services in West Texas. El Paso Children’s Hospital, which is located near the U.S./Mexico border, opened its doors to the public on February 14, 2012. El Paso Children’s Hospital is the first and only separately licensed, independent, 501(c) (3) not-for-profit children’s hospital in the El Paso region and is the only dedicated Pediatric Hospital within a 200-mile radius of El Paso, Texas. El Paso Children’s Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission and the College of American Pathologists.

El Paso Children’s Hospital boasts 225,000 square feet of dedicated space exclusively for pediatric healthcare. El Paso Children’s Hospital aesthetics were designed to promote a healing environment filled with abundant light, soothing colors, vibrant art, and panoramic views of the geographic region ranging from the Franklin Mountains to the Rio Grande River for our patients and families.
