Coeur d'Alene Paving :
We are the only locally owned and operated paving company in North Idaho. We started with one paver in 2001 and sixteen years later have become an industry leader. Long time resident, Todd Kaufman, created Coeur d’Alene Paving and was joined by his lifelong friend Craig Cozad in 2004. Their vision for success has been the foundation of our continuous growth. Today we have an asphalt plant, a concrete plant, and three gravel pits to serve Coeur d’Alene, Spokane and the Silver Valley. Our extensive portfolio includes the prestigious Coeur d’Alene Resort, interstate 90 renovations and thousands of residential driveways.

CDA Redi Mix & Precast, Inc. :
Locally owned and operated out of our batch plant at Stateline. We are a division of Coeur d’Alene Paving, a regional leader in paving since 2001. Founders Todd Kaufman and Craig Cozad dreamed of owning a concrete plant for over a decade after identifying a need for high performance Redi Mix in the local community. CDA Redi Mix began its inaugural year in 2016. In 2017, we acquired the license to manufacture and distribute Verti-Block in our region and our journey into precast began. Our unparalleled growth in North Idaho and Eastern Washington is rooted in a commitment to rock solid service.
