ARC Multifamily Group is a privately held real estate investment and asset management company with its sole focus on the value-add multifamily asset class. Our goal is to acquire multifamily assets that through a combination of operational efficiencies, value-add capital improvements, and strong property management allows us to generate capital gains, passive income, and long-term equity and appreciation for our investors. We look to acquire developments of 100 units or more to maximize economic efficiency.
