What You’ll be Doing
Deliver exceptional service to dissatisfied customers by demonstrating empathy and taking ownership of their case or enquiry with the objective of achieving a satisfactory resolution. This may include effectively liaising with internal and external support areas where appropriate.
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service to ensure positive and consistent customer experiences.
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently with a strong focus on first-contact resolution and priority management.
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders, providing timely updates throughout the case lifecycle.
• Manage negotiations between customers and retailers while making policy-aligned financial decisions.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure compliance with brand standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Continuously enhance product and process knowledge while sharing best practices to improve service quality.
• Handle complex, aged, or sensitive cases with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
Ideal Qualifications
• Experience managing complex or high-value customer service cases in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to recover dissatisfied customers through empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving.
• Proven negotiation skills with sound commercial and policy-based decision-making abilities.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive and challenging situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with an interest or background in automobiles or related industries.
• Graduate qualification supporting professional credibility and career development.
