We are looking for experienced Line Cooks. The right candidate will be eager to provide a great experience for our guests, organized, consistent and efficient.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, Chef driven, full-service restaurant
- A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Ability to follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution
- Basic knife skills
- Detail oriented and cool under pressure
- Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
- Have a flexible schedule and open availability

The doors to Superba Food + Bread in Venice, CA opened in 2014 and set in motion “Life Superba” – a belief that the good things in life ought to be shared, and that great food should be accessible to all who seek it. Working with the team at Design, Bitches, Superba Food + Bread’s open, airy restaurant design won the AIA/LA Restaurant Design Award their opening year. Superba has grown to include Superba Snacks + Coffee (North Hollywood, Pasadena) – a daytime only casual concept – and Superba Bakehouse – a daily bread + pastry online pre-order program from their talented team of bakers. What you'll do
