The Role
As our In-House Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative visual assets that support brand marketing, member communications, leadership presentations, and promotional initiatives. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all visual materials are engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
This position plays a key role in elevating our visual identity and ensuring consistency across digital, print, video, and internal communications

What Success Looks Like
Preferred Education and Experience
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio • Portfolio showcasing email design, branding, video content, and presentation design • Proficiency in:
· Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva
· Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools
· Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms
• Experience designing presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Passion for creative design and brand storytelling
