What you will do

Key Account manager AS Watson Benelux

We are looking for a strong and experienced Key Account manager to lead our Biggest Account in BENELUX, ASWatson. At Kenvue, we value the relationships with our customers and aim to build categories together with our retail partners. ASWatson is one of our biggest accounts, where we work together on as partners.

As Key Account manager ASWatson, you will lead the BENELUX ASWatson business. You will be part of a BENELUX team of Sales and Brand Activation professionals, reporting into the Mass Sales Lead for The Netherlands. You will be responsible for leading the ASWatson account to achieve our short, mid & long-term business goals.

We are looking for someone who has the capabilities to manage important customer Accounts, with 5 years of experience in account management, category management or trade marketing or someone who has experience at the retailer side and who is interested in making an impact at the suppliers’ side of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver the ambitious targets on ASWatson.

• You are responsible for the yearly business plans & define how to win over the coming years.

• You identify risks & opportunities vs the yearly goal and course correct where needed, defining acceleration plans to mitigate the risks and acceleration plans to maximize our impact with ASWatson and our consumers.

• Assure that our forecasting is on point

Customer Management

• Drive profitable growth via a clear action plan

• Work with the Brand Activation Team, to assure we maximize the impact of our Brands at our Key retailers.

• Connect daily with your customer to be seen as the Key Partner for them in the categories we play in. In person and via virtual tools

• Identify and execute new opportunities with your customer and internal stakeholders.

• You focus on growing categories and our brands at your customer, through category management and the focus on excellent execution

• Assure the right level of promotions to be competitive in the category. Plan and follow through on execution and financial impact.

• Focus on driving Penetration on our Brands

Execution

• You have a passion for perfect execution in all domains, but a specific focus on how to reach excellent execution instore.

• Assure Perfect execution on all levers of Perfect Store (Distribution, Share of shelf, Shelving, 2nd site placement…).

• You work with the Brand Activation team to assure that your customer is amazed by the insights, customer & category understanding and vision we bring to the table.

• You analyze the executions, looking at sales, profitability, market share impact, make recommendations to improve and implement these recommendations.

• You assure with support of the account support on ASWatson that everything runs smoothly from an administrative point of view (promo, listings, NPI’s,…)

What are we looking for

Experiences

• 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Category Management

• Fluency in Dutch & English are a non negotiable for this role
