Job Description
As Leave Specialist at Dungarvin, you’ll be the go-to expert for employees and leaders navigating leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation. Every case you manage will be handled with care, precision, and compliance, ensuring a positive experience for employees while keeping the organization protected. Reporting to the Sr. Leave Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping HR processes, supporting employee well-being, and guiding leaders through complex situations; all while making a meaningful impact on the people and the organization you serve.
