About the role
As the founding member of our Growth team, you will work directly with the CEO to create CreativeMode’s growth engine. We’re looking for a “Swiss-army knife” to help us ideate, experiment, and execute on various growth channels and use a combination of intuition and metrics to find the highest leverage and exploitable channels. The channels we will focus on are Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Community/PLG . Ideally you have a passion for gaming and can directly liaison with the community. You should have an insane viral sense and ability to create content and operate a content team . As the founding member of our Growth team, you’re joining CreativeMode at a pivotal moment. We’ve found our spark. Our community loves CreativeMode, they’re building with it, and the momentum is real. Now we need someone to turn that spark into the engine that takes us to millions of users.
Requirements and Skills:
Full-Stack Growth Expertise - Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid ads, SEO, partnerships, content marketing, social media, community engagement, and product-led growth.
Experimentation Mindset - Comfortable defining hypotheses, running experiments, and rapidly iterating based on data and feedback.
Bias for Action - Takes ownership and moves fast without sacrificing quality
Startup Mindset - We’re building a category-defining product from the ground up. That isn’t easy and it isn’t for everyone. You need to be willing to work on hard, unsolved problems and put in the hours. You’ll be rewarded with massive upside and hard-earned experience.
In-person in SF - We have a beautiful office in Chinatown that we share with several other YC/MIT startups. You’ll be in one of the most focused and talent dense offices in the city.
Technology
We're built on a modern and developer friendly tech stack (all three founders have a technical background and write code daily). Our frontend is in Typescript/NextJS. Our backend server is in Go and our backend AI stack is in Python and built on top of a custom agentic framework (we used to build production AI agents). We deploy on Vercel and Kubernetes. We also have an Electron desktop application.

Before CreativeMode, Wilson was a SWE working on building the climate-aligned cloud at Crusoe. Prior to that, he worked at Settle as a product engineer building new purchase order and AP workflows for CPG brands. Wilson studied CS at MIT with focus on systems. He's originally from upstate South Carolina.Jeffrey Tsaw Jeffrey is co-founder and CTO of CreativeMode. Previously, Jeffrey worked as a Software Engineer at Crusoe, where he helped run the Bitcoin mining team alongside Coleman and Wilson. He studied ECE at CMU where he received his BS and MS, and is originally from Hong Kong.
