The Full-Stack AI Engineer will own the Data & Infrastructure stack (FastAPI / Supabase), developing schemas, ingestion pipelines, and the processing layer that turns messy construction documents into structured data, based in Munich or willing to relocate and able to start ASAP. They will build the AI Agents system powering bid comparison, clause extraction, risk detection, and knowledge graph sync, and decide how agents collaborate, fail, and improve. They will define evaluations to measure system performance—accuracy, recall, failure cases, and cost. They will build the Next.js front-end contract managers trust to base award decisions on—a structured workspace rather than a chatbot. They will deploy and monitor production systems with observability and CI/CD, earning enterprise trust while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CTO as a co-builder and setting the engineering bar—and keeping it there.
