Role 


We are looking for a Staff Analyst, Business Operations to join our Office of CEO Business Operations department. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali, reporting to the Director, Business Operations. 


You will lead strategic initiatives and optimize operations across the organization, making your mark on the planning and product roadmap at the forefront of the world’s cloud security leader. You’ll champion innovation and help deliver a growing portfolio of capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, and business enablement.


What you’ll do (Role Expectations)



  • Own and drive complex, cross-functional projects aimed at accelerating growth, optimizing operations, and improving profitability.

  • Develop and maintain core business models, forecasts, and dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making

  • Collaborate with leadership to design, execute, and track strategic initiatives focused on business growth and operational efficiency

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and performance reviews to guide growth strategies effectively

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance organizational processes and scalability

  • Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and propose solutions to stakeholders

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field

  • 6-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or operational roles within dynamic industries

  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms

  • Exhibited expertise in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and performance evaluations alongside strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience in industries like consulting, finance, or technology
