Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT Applications team in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, IT Applications. You will be a key driver in designing and scaling our ServiceNow environment, translating business needs into high-impact technical solutions that ensure system stability and operational excellence.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Develop, test, and document custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations for ServiceNow projects
Translate business needs into well-architected solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform
Manage CMDB health, integrations, Discovery, and Service Mapping to ensure system stability
Design scalable workflow frameworks and identify opportunities to automate and improve manual processes
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
3+ years in IT Service Management/ServiceNow and 2+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow application development
Proficiency in JavaScript, API integrations, and ServiceNow modules including CMDB, HR, Service Portal, Asset Management, HAM, SAM, IRM, TPRM, and ESG
ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or Scrum
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, TPSM, or GRC
Demonstrated experience in UI development within the ServiceNow platform
ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation certification or higher
