About the Team
Partner Contact Center Consulting Solution Engineers are experts in Zoom’s Contact Experience solutions, overseeing technical onboarding, development, and enablement of CX-focused partners. Join us in helping
our Partners level up their contact centers and growing Zoom’s next billion-dollar business.


Responsibilities

  • Serving for North America and LATAM as the pre-sales CX channel Partner trusted advisor; translating technical and business requirements into solutions
  • Developing trust with Partner Customer Experience pre-sales teams, leadership, and other key stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with CX channel Partners
  • Building technical business plans with focus CX Partners to drive Zoom CX adoption within the portfolio
  • Executing technical presales training and ongoing enablement for ZCX Partners
  • Engaging with ZCX Product teams internally to drive Partner and customer feedback to expand product innovation, adoption, and market leadership

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of CX/Cloud CCaaS Channel Solution Engineering
  • Strong business and technical acumen with demonstrated experience within the CX industry including Contact Center, Workforce Management, Workforce Engagement Management, Reporting/Analytics, Chatbot, Voicebots, AI
  • Demonstrate understanding of Customer Experience market and trends, advocating for Channel led partnership strategy and vision
  • Ability to build and execute go-to-market Channel strategies
  • Experience implementing CX solutions is a plus
  • Understanding of sell-through channel sales motions

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$131,200.00

Maximum:

$262,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
