Job Summary

Performs professional accounting functions involving the application of established accounting standards, principles, and practices.

Essential Functions

  • Performs professional accounting functions involving the application of established accounting standards, principles, and practices.
  • Responsible for daily cash position including fund transfers between accounts and bank wires including timely processing of check runs, cash forecasting and bank reconciliations.
  • Performs all aspects of Fixed Asset tracking, recording, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Maintains bonus and PTO models and accrual.
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining Chart of Accounts and Financial Report mappings necessary to produce accurate financial statements.
  • Responsible for timely processing and posting of all Epicor general ledger transactions.
  • Administers PSR PayCard program ensuring timely payment and setup.
  • Works with IT department to manage and improve MRP and accounting system performance and recommends system and or process changes as necessary.
  • Assists Controller with special projects and analysis as required.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish work goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Requires a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Five to eight years of relevant accounting experience, including cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access or other database management tools. Systems implementation experience with an MRP system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with many types of confidential data with discretion and professionalism.

The annual salary for this position is:

$75,000.00 to $95,500.00
