POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Software Developer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our ZTD team to support and continuously improve the SFMC platform for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to enhance our customer engagement through tailored marketing strategies, robust data-driven insights and ensure robust governance across our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical aspects of our marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of the platform.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

SFMC Configuration and Maintenance: Design, configure, and maintain SFMC tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, and Web Studio.
Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute precise marketing campaigns tailored for diverse market segments across B2B and B2C operations.
Automation and Process Improvement: Implement and manage automation processes within SFMC to streamline marketing efforts and enhance operational efficiency.
Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain governance policies for the use of SFMC across different business units and external agencies. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal standards.
Data Management: Oversee data imports, cleansing, and segmentation to ensure database integrity and security.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign outcomes and generate detailed reports to derive insights and identify improvement opportunities.
Technology Updates and Best Practices: Keep abreast of updates in Salesforce and related technologies, integrating best practices into our operations.
Training and Support: Provide necessary training and ongoing support to marketing team members and stakeholders on the effective and compliant use of SFMC.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a technical role.
• Strong understanding of the SFMC platform, with certifications in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Administrator being highly desirable.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and operations.
• Proficient in SQL, AMP script, and other scripting languages within SFMC.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills.
• Agile methodology experience. Affluent with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders on business, marketing, and editorial teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Flexibility to work times with at least 4 hr. overlap with US EST Time zone.
