P2P Master Data Specialist (m/f/x) - temporary replacement
Responsibilities:
Responsible for master data processing, management and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Involved in financial master data, vendor, customer and intercompany
Coordinate between ERP and individual process data standards for in scope and third-party processes
Review and execute master data change requests from markets and functional SSC Associates in a timely manner
Work closely with functional SSC Associates to resolve master data related discrepancies, issues and queries in a timely manner by escalating to the Master Data Team Lead as required
Support master data projects and work with the Zoetis Business Technology team to build data requirements and governance frameworks for future IT projects
Leverage related systems and follow procedures to ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree (educational background in Finance and/or Accounting preferred)
1-2 years of professional experience
Experience working in SSC/BPO environment would be an asset
Good command of English (B2 level)
Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access) and hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
