Zoetis Canada est à la recherche d'une personne très performante en vente pour occuper le poste de Chef de territoiredivision des animaux de compagnie dans la Rive Nord de Montréal. Il s'agit d'un poste sur le terrain, dont la responsabilité est de créer une demande pour le portefeuille de produits destinés aux animaux de compagnie, en influençant les habitudes des clients en matière de prescription et d'administration.

Ce poste est situé dans la région de la Rive Nord de Montréal.

Grâce à une gestion efficace de son territoire, la personne Chef de territoire de Zoetis oriente son travail vers la réalisation des buts fixés par l'organisation afin de s'assurer que les objectifs de rendement sont atteints ou dépassés.  Ses autres responsabilités comprennent :

  • Exécuter les directives de vente et de marketing.
  • Utiliser le modèle et le processus de vente de Zoetis afin de générer la demande et maintenir la fidélité aux marques Zoetis.
  • Démontrer une bonne compréhension du marché, des produits ainsi que les connaissances techniques.
  • Initier et mettre en place des activités promotionnelles et commerciales.
  • Anticiper les besoins et les préoccupations des clients et fournir des solutions.
  • De manière proactive harmoniser les besoins des clients à la valeur de notre proposition qui est associée aux produits et services Zoetis.
  • Incarner avec constance les croyances, les valeurs et les compétences fondamentales de Zoetis.
  • Une volonté de continuer à se développer.

Le ou la candidate idéale doit être titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'un diplôme équivalent (de préférence avec une spécialisation en affaires ou dans une discipline scientifique) et avoir au moins trois ans d'expérience en vente directe et/ou en marketing.  La connaissance des produits vétérinaires pour animaux de compagnie est un atout pour ce rôle, de même qu'un solide sens de l'organisation et l'aptitude à s'exprimer et écrire en anglais.  Les personnes candidates doivent être capables de travailler efficacement en interaction au sein d'une équipe de vente ou de façon autonome (selon les besoins) et maîtriser les applications Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, Word et PowerPoint.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle pour ce poste, car il s'agit de la principale langue de communication avec nos collègues hors Québec. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais afin de garantir la clarté et l'efficacité de toutes les interactions, facilitant ainsi une collaboration efficace et le travail d'équipe. La capacité à produire en anglais une documentation professionnelle de haute qualité ainsi que les présentations est essentielle.

Zoetis Canada is looking for a high-performing salesperson to fulfill the role of Territory Manager, Companion Animal Division, for the North Shore of Montreal. This is a field-based position, responsible for creating demand for the Companion Animal portfolio of products by changing customer prescribing and dispensing habits.

This position is located in the Montreal North Shore area.

Through effective territory management, a Zoetis Territory Manager aligns their work with organizational goals and objectives to ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded.  Further responsibilities include: 

  • Execute selling and marketing directives
  • Utilizes the Zoetis Sales Model and Call Execution process to generate demand and sustain loyalty to Zoetis brands
  • Demonstrates market understanding, product and technical knowledge
  • Take the lead to ensure that promotional and commercial activities take place
  • Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions
  • Proactively match customer needs to the value proposition associated with Zoetis products and services 
  • Consistently models Zoetis beliefs, values, and core competencies
  • A willingness to continue to develop themselves.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with a focus on business or scientific discipline) and at least 3 years of experience in direct sales and/or marketing. Knowledge of small animal veterinary products is advantageous for this role as well as strong organizational skills.  Candidates should be able to work effectively in an interdependent sales team or independently (as required) and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as it is the primary language used for communication with our Canadian and International colleagues outside of Quebec. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English to ensure clarity and efficiency in all interactions, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork. The ability to produce in English high-quality, professional documents, including presentations, is crucial.
