About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented Product Designer who gets excited about building innovative digital products. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with high-performing teams, and turning complex problems into intuitive and elegant experiences.
You will work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design robust, scalable solutions across our wealth platform, contributing directly to the evolution of our product and user experience.
Location: Bogota, Colombia (On-site) Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Create design concepts, sketches, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to plan and create the best possible product experience.
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
- Support and maintain our design system.
- Suggest improvements to designs and the current platform.
- Create product prototypes to test with users and iterate on ideas.
- Proactively communicate your design decisions and provide well-articulated feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the design team, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver the best experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Must be an expert using tools such as Figma, Figma Prototype, Maze (or similar).
- Expert ability to rapidly prototype.
- Strong eye for clean, simple, and visually compelling design.
- Good understanding of visual design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail during the production process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Interest in the financial and investment space, with prior experience designing products for fintech, wealth management, or related industries.
- Experience working with design tokens and variables to build, scale, and maintain design systems.
- Experience creating prototypes using Figma Make or familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Experience designing and building web pages using Framer.
