As a Field Enablement Lead for Sales Excellence &amp; Revenue Methodology, you will serve as a key trusted partner to the Revenue Leadership. Working closely with various internal teams (Sales, Customer Onboarding, Client Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations), you will ensure that all Revenue teams are set up for success and are impacting growth for the company. Managing all sales excellence enablement initiatives, including MEDDPICC as the revenue methodology, your key goal is to skill our Revenue organization to overachieve our goals through well-designed sales execution disciplines and consistent adoption across teams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You’ll enjoy this role if you are…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passionate about developing sales excellence disciplines and impacting business&nbsp;</li> <li>Excited to establish a strategic and trusting partnership with leadership</li> <li>A strong believer in driving productivity through AI &amp; data-driven approaches</li> <li>Interested in Healthcare or Consumer Technology&nbsp;</li> <li>Motivated by developing strong relationships cross-functionally to deliver sales excellence, enablement programs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your day to day is…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops, operationalizes, and continuously improves sales excellence initiatives in the context of&nbsp; MEDDPICC sales methodology through enablement, adoption, and coaching</li> <li>Leads the infusion of sales methodology in the sales stages within the sales process, buyer journey, and activities within sales execution</li> <li>Delivers selling skills and methodology enablement for new hires, both leaders and individual contributors, and drives MEDDPICC certification through a formalized program</li> <li>Leads all initiatives related to operationalization of MEDDPICC in Salesforce and drives automation in partnership with RevOps</li> <li>Creates and maintains high-impact enablement content, including sales methodology and selling skills playbooks, both for leaders and individual contributors. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
