Job Description
What you can look forward to as Senior Executive- Project Management :
- We are looking for a detail-oriented PM Analyst to join our Project Management Center of Excellence. designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports for the Project Management Office (PMO), enabling data-driven decision-making, tracking project performance, and monitoring portfolio health. You will drive standardization, governance, and best practices across projects and divisions. Implement and maintain PM COE frameworks, templates, and tools across projects.
- Prepare management dashboards in Power BI with live connections like (Denodo, Mago DB, Azure etc.), reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders from Scratch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project processes and practices.
- Monitor project adherence to standards, governance, and best practices. Analyze project data and generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Support project managers in handling the Tools, Project Creation, Project Migration, Day-in Day out support, Training to End users.
- Facilitate lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement. Strong experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases. Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot).
- Experience connecting to multiple data sources (MS Project, Jira, Excel, ERP, SharePoint). Understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI development. Familiarity with project management concepts (Gantt charts, RAG status, milestones, risks, resource allocation).
Your profile as Senior Executive- Project Management :
- Any bachelor’s degree (Full Time) with 2–4 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Power BI, Power Automate, Power APP. MIS reporting experience.
- SQL Basic Knowledge, Data Management, MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.PMP CSM, PSM1, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
