SCM & Replenishment Specialist (m/f/d)
About our team: The team “Materials Management” is responsible for Sales and Service Organization in domestic market for our brands. They are dealing with operations, inventory management, replenishment, SCM, Logistics, Warehouse and the Inbound side of the company.
What you can look forward to as SCM & REplenishment Specialist (m/f/d):
- Manage full purchase order lifecycle and supplier coordination, including system maintenance, review and scheduling of supplier orders
- Maintain and improve demand forecasts
- Support monthly sales and operational planning process across product lines
- Conduct regular reviews and adjustments for inventory targets and stock availability
- Prepare standardized reports and drive continuous improvement
- Support divisional and global SCM initiative
Your Profile as SCM & REplenishment Specialist (m/f/d):
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in replenishment, warehouse, and inventory roles, preferably within the automotive spare parts sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex supply and demand data
- Advanced competence in MS Office applications and ERP system (SAP preferably)
- Fluent in English and Turkish
