About the Team
We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Zhangjiagang.
Your Profile as Prototype Quality Engineer:
- Control and adherence to the planned quality for the surface treatment process.
- Managing and minimizing non-conformities in the field of prototype production with the impact and impact on product quality.
- Management and settlement of non-conforming material and products from the prototype production process.
- Training of workers on qualitative aspects of the prototype production process.
- Carrying out preventive and control activities in areas related to the prototype production process for quality assurance.
- Conducting tests and trials related to the prototype production process and analyzing their results.
- Evaluation, identification of causes of inefficiency, initiation of corrective measures in the prototype production process.
- Disposal and/or blocking of non-conforming products from the prototyping process.
What you can look forward to as Prototype Quality Engineer:
- Education: Vehicle engineering/mechanical engineering..etc. Bachelor or above.
- Experience: 5 year.
- Language skills: English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of shock absorber mechanism and problem solving, production process.
- Knowledge of components measurement and problem analysis.
- General knowledge of IATF 16949 and 8D Troubleshooting Method.
