From supplier selection and contract negotiation to cost reduction initiatives, we lead complex procurement projects. By working closely with internal departments such as design, quality, production control, and logistics, we ensure stable supply and high quality. You will join a professional, collaborative, and international team committed to building purchasing strategies with a global perspective and pursuing continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Fluency in Japanese at native level, along with English proficiency for frequent communication with global suppliers
- Knowledge of purchasing and procurement (especially in automotive parts manufacturing)
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of cost analysis and cost structure
- Experience operating ERP systems (such as SAP)
