About the Team:
Shape the Future of Automotive Aftermarket with ZF!
We are looking for a visionary Head of Portfolio Strategy to join our Aftermarket team. In this role, you will define and drive portfolio strategies that support ZF’s leadership in innovation and customer value.
What can you look forward to as a Head of Aftermarket Portfolio Strategy (m/f/d)?
- Drives global product and services portfolio strategy definition and execution, executing governance & arbitration processes between competing products / brands across business lines and regions, by coordinating the community of global and regional category managers, supporting validating and prioritizing products strategies and value proposition roadmap versus market needs, in line with business lines and regions OP &SP sales & profit targets, across channels and market segments
- Supports and challenges global and regional product and service strategies through state-of the art standards and methodologies, benchmarking internally and externally with competitors and other industries
- Ensures success and consistency of division portfolio development strategy and subsequent profitable growth targets with division strategy and framework
- Secures consolidation of portfolio view across BLs/categories portfolio consolidation during OP & SP.
Your profile as a Head of Portfolio Strategy (m/f/d):
- Experience of large and diverse portfolio strategy and management in B2B or B2C industry, preferably from automotive area.
- Experience in portfolio and product lifecycle processes and tools in leading industry with end-consumer market.
- Strong international portfolio management/category management / product marketing/ Business development background.
- Strategic and analytic thinking, process development, deployment, improvement experience .
- High-level negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills .
- Strong drive for results while developing competences and teams’ empowerment.
- Master’s degree combined with several years of leadership experience in matrix environment.
- Proficient in English, additional German would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel.
